I think you're completely correct. But in my article, I was aiming towards people who are interested in beginning their DS career, for that, I rephrased Business Understanding to Data Investigation. I felt that would be more straight forward considering that most beginners use open-source data to learn different DS techniques.

I hope that make sense.
